Once the request has been received, we will supply all the information we have collected about you within 10 days. Identification may be required.   

We reserve the right to refuse your access to information request. You will be notified as to the reasons of the refusal.

8. Security Policy 

All employees that have access to or that are involved in processing your personal information are bound by a confidentiality clause.

9. Return policy

Vero Animal Health has a 10 day return policy If, for a reason, you wish to return your product, Vero Animal Health will reimburse you the product cost only for up to 10 days following your purchase. Shipping costs are your responsibility.  The product must be in brand new condition.

If your item does not meet these requirements, it will be shipped back to you, at your expense.

The product must be in perfect condition In order for Vero Animal Health to accept your returned merchandise, it has to be in mint condition, with the original packaging and tags. We must be able to sell it to someone else.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Before you return any product you must contact Vero Animal Health at sales@veroanimalhealth.ca to obtain a return authorization number.
